The guys at Ross Appliance & Sweeper Co in Monroeville provided me with excellent service. They helped me diagnose and repair a refrigerator problem and all I had to pay was $17 for the part (defrost timer). They took the time to test multiple parts of my refrigerator and I didnt even originally buy the fridge at Ross. I will most certainly buy all future appliances from Ross Appliance. The guys at Ross Appliance are the last of a dying breed. You certainly wont get the personal, expert service at a large chain store like Home Depot that you will receive from Ross Appliance. I purchased from Ross in June 2016--trying to support local business instead of a large chain. I had a problem with my Maytag dryer, and was it was Platinum service, not Ross, who serviced the dryer. I assumed it would be Ross providing service for the appliance. That was a disappointment. Then I had a gas leak from the connector to the new dryer. Ross used the old /existing connector instead of installing a new one. The plumber said this was a bad decision. He also noted that the old connector was not the correct size and that Ross should have noticed when they installed the new dryer.

They always give good advice. The will help you with a problem and tell you how to fix it. All you have to do is pay for the part. Their prices are very competitive and will match anybodys price. They will advise you for the best appliance in your price range. Ive bought five appliances over the last 20 years and will buy my next appliance from them
