I am usually not the type to do online ratings for negative reasons, but this time is an exception. Bought a washing machine from here, it began leaking the next week. We called the guy, he sent out a repairman who replaced a "hose." About 2 weeks after the 90 day warranty ran out, it started leaking again. Called a guy we knew over to look at it, after he had it disassembled he found the issue: some of the hoses had been duct taped. At the very least, this business failed to properly vet the merchandise they were selling. At the very worst, they are the ones that put the duct tape there long enough for the warranty to expire. I didnt want to post this, but after talking to a friend about it, he said he had a similar experience and that was the last straw. I will never be spending money here again.

Never ever call the store to fix the GE appliances! I bought my GE appliances from here and another store. When they got struck by lightning or broke for whatever reason , I called GE themselves. They send out their repairmen and I got free work done on all my problems even after the warranty had expired! They replaced a $900 brain in my Jen-air for free after warranty! The GE company is the best way to get your problems solved... Not the retailers!
