Terrible customer service. Totally full of s**t. I went to the one in florence and bought a digiland tablet bc the customer rep told me it was a good tablet. It would not hold a charge so i took it back and another customer service rep and geek squad member told me that it was a terrible tablet and that they get them back all the time that they are known for that and told me I shouldve just gotten her a kindle but they didnt have the 8gb in stock so to order off line and Im guaranteed to get it in 2 business days with no shipping and handling fees. 2 days turnt to 5 bc they didnt process my order at the time I paid for it which pissed me off bc my baby been looking forward to her tablet on the day I promised it would be here. So I called customer service which didnt do any good bc for some reason florence store doesnt have a phone so I had to talk to the people at the beach the lady was rude and said she couldnt cancel it bc it was already shipped which pissed me off bc nothing was done in a timely manner. And my item was paid for in full. Im still waiting on my daughters kindle. I purchased quite a few things from them in the past but one thing for sure they will not get any more of my money. The customer service sucks now. They are not in the same page as a team. They will lie just to get you to purchase something. They are not professional and the definitely dont stand behind their word. My advice is to go some where else. They need an entire new staff that know what they are talking about in florence. And to retrainf their customer service reps on the phone as well.

Due to the note 7 recall on there battery problem I went in on the day the recall came out. Now as the new phones are being released for the recalls I called to make shore mine was going to be there. As the person that works for best buy tells me there is no way we can hold your phone for you and we dont have but two in stock. As I asked so if i leave from sumter now your telling me them two phones can be gone? He answered yes and said sorry about your luck. I do not recommend anyone going to this best buy for any phone products or anything to do with cellphones. Your better off just going to the Cell phone Carrier. They treat you better and would have this problem resolved already. Not with best buy.

I went there and spent a pretty penny on a TV. As the girl loaded the TV in with her other employee, they broke the back seat belt cover on my Mercedes and soon as it broke the other guy said see thats why we dont load them and walked back inside not before saying thats between you and her not the store but being that shes the employee thats between me her and the STORE. HAD to pay out of pocket to get it fixed... Id you do buy from here bring a friend to help load anything BC if they break it youll pay for it yourself anyway might as well be someone you know!!!

AVOID this store. Started with a poor delivery and then got worse. I will make this short. Their store manager never called me to let everyone know when the majority of my appliances would arrive, to make things WORCE the day that my washer and dryer where to be delivered she did call only to let me know that she had canceled my order and would not deliver. All because I told them I was going to write a review. Guess that is there way to have a good rating. STAY AWAY they do not care about customers.

Managers very rude dont shop there im trying to return a TV reason is that I found a better price on it they would not give me money back in cash It had to go back on the debit card. . Debit is like cash anywhere else in the world the store apparently needs to get a life now I have to wait eight business days to get my money back do not shop at this store youve been warned also Brenda is kind a rude the "general manager. "

If I could give this branch a negative amount of stars I would. My dad asked am employee a simple question about a gaming system, and he didnt even look him in the eye and just shook his head. Then when my dad asked how they didnt have any the guy said we have been sold out for weeks and people were lined up last night. So no we dont have them. Mind you my dad was kind and was not rude at all to this man. Disappointed.

Please save your time and money when the geek squad manager himself Bruce dont know how to set up your $5,000 sounds system... this Geek squad leader dont care at all my home theater system sound like trash,it sounds like this before the Geek Squad left my place . Best Buy... return policy is far from hassle-free. No receipt means youre stuck with the item or reduced to selling said item on eBay... buyer beware. Once you buy a gift for someone , without a gift receipt... returns are impossible. Anyone wanna buy a Otterbox Case for a 6S? I mean, I tried to do a simple exchange at Best Buy, but apparently its not that simple there.

We are very happy with our experience purchasing a Samung TV and desktop computer. Customer Service was very helpful and directed us to the sales associates both from the home entertainment (tv section) and the computer (Apple section) who were also very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We have purchased electronic items through Best Buy in Florence in the past.
