This moving company is the worst that I have ever seen they broke my $400.00 entertainment center,they dont take precautions with your belongings they have nasty attitudes including the owner at the office they are unprofessional and have bad customer service skills, they didnt even have respect at my new home they drove on my front lawn instead of my driveway leaving deep tire threads in lawn and mud on the side walk, the driver which is the son of the owner was speeding with our belongings inside trailing mud inside my new home and if its Friday they wont even finish moving your belongings they will tell you its Friday and they have things to do so they would have to finish tomorrow but dont even come back or call you back until Tuesday ..SO PEOPLE OF BUFFALO AND SURROUNDING AREAS IF YOU VALUE EVERYTHING THAT YOU WORKED HARD FOR PLEASE (DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL..I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY BUT THE CHOICE IS YOUR

I wish I could give them a 0 rating. They conduct business in a very unprofessional manner. The worst moving company in the city of Buffalo. The owner is EXTREMELY rude, yells at people over the phone and hangs up on them. We only used them because a family member passed away and we had to move her stuff last minute and they were located across the street from her apartment building. They just threw the belongings onto the truck with no care whatsoever. Two of the workers complained about the amount of stuff they had to move. I can say that there was one who actually did his job with no complaints or issues. If it wasnt for the fact that they had already started putting items on the truck, I wouldve cancelled the move after the owner was belligerent over the phone. I will never ever use them again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company they got paid $390 to move my stuff out of my storage and they left about 15 of my boxes in the unit. I called the owner on Friday and he said call me Saturday morning at 10:00am and Ill move it myself. Ok so I call him and he denies even telling me that he would move it, then they put one of the movers on the phone and he has the nerve to get really nasty with me and hangs up the phone. So I call back and the lady tells me that the guy doesnt have time to argue with me when all Im doing is being nice and trying to get the device Im promised so I will be reporting them as the worst moving company in Buffalo. I will never deal with them again.

Ass hole put my furniture out side all my thing damage all my property all my kids things were stolen all my pictures of my child that past away were stolen damage Joe is stealing money from department of social services for storage and moving this company should be close I am putting a report at B.B.B and a report is been send to department of social services

They are always very friendly and helpful. They have very reasonable (read: cheap) furniture for sale here also. I ordered a box spring mattress and had it delivered the day of. For cheap!
