I will never buy anything from this store again. I bought a washer and dryer from them and within 3 weeks the dryer died. When I ask that they service it, they directed me to the manufacturer for service. I tried that and it has been over a month trying to get the manufacturer (Samsung) out to service the dryer. Ive called Sears and they still wont do anything. Its unbelievable that Sears wont stand behind the products that they sell. Not to mention, the staff was really rude and uncooperative when I called and in person. They are happy to take my money, but are non-responsive after the sale. Very disappointed!

Do not buy anything from this store!! We bought a new door for our refrigerator, since we had dented the previous one. The door was shipped fine, but the person who came out to install it installed it incorrectly. I now have ice dropping onto my floor and the water dispenser doesnt work. The install technician was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Ive now been trying to get someone to come fix the crappy install job he did for 2 MONTHS. Every time I schedule an appointment, they cancel the day of and say they dont warranty their work. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Had an extremely frustrating experience at this store. The salesperson was nice but provided the wrong info. The "Sales Lead" person, Brandon, was not understanding at all, even after confirming with his salesperson that she had indeed provided incorrect information. Brandon wouldnt do anything to make up for the huge inconvenience they had caused me, wasting three hours of my time. Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism!!

The sales person was very kind and helpful. We did have an issue with the amount they charged to the card but after speaking with the sales person and the manager the issue was resolved and we were credited the amount back to our credit card. Thank you for such great service.
