I was shopping around from place to place trying to find a good deal on a washer and dryer... Tried Orvilles, Home Depot, Best Buy, and Sears. My last stop was at Edwards and it was my final stop as the prices were decently priced, the manager that took care of us was very informative about the different brands and what would be beneficial to me.... It was honestly the easiest experience to shop for a washer/dryer there than any other place we stopped at. Thank you for making what seemed to be a never ending day trying to find a good deal an easy, affordable experience. My family and I will definitely be recommending Edwards to our friends.

I recently bought my first house, I decided to go to Edwards and support small businesses. I purchased a complete kitchen appliance package. Before having it delivered I realized that a few of the peices werent going to fit. I called the manager Cole, and he was very helpful and made everything right. And was able to get me the appliances I needed that would fit. There was no hassle. Very respectful and understanding. I highly recommend Edwards Appliances.

When purchasing a washing machine, I specifically requested that they call my wife on the day of delivery to make delivery & setup arrangements. They called me first, even though I explicitly asked them not to. Only 4 days later, I cannot use the appliance because it is shaking violently while spinning because the delivery crew did not properly level the appliance.

I bought a refrigerator here and had it delivered. The price was better than anywhere else and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery crew was outstanding. They were timely, professional, careful, and extremely nice. I will shop here for my future dishwasher. Highly recommended.
