My landlord purchased a refrigerator for my apartment. She called and told me that she purchased it and that it could be picked up anytime. I made arrangements for a friend to pick up the refrigerator with his truck. We met there around 1 pm. The place wasnt even open. We waited only to find out that he wouldnt give us the refrigerator without the receipt. He then became rude and apprehensive. I asked why my landlord wasnt notified of this policy. He said she must have. What he didnt know is that she is a very through person. And I know she didnt forget. THEY NEVER TOLD US ABOUT THE POLICY UNTIL WE CAME TO PICK UP THE REFRIGERATOR. I consider this establishment to be novice in their hiring practices. They need better customer service from their employees.

bought 2 items from this store, a dishwasher (pretty old) and a water heater tank (pretty new) they delivered it for us for a fee and also brought it in the house, took the water tank down to the basement for us which was nice. Did not install anything but i didnt expect them to. its been one year, the water tank that was less than a few years old died on us after 3 months (right after the warrenty of course) but the old dishwasher is still running (barely) . I would probably not buy used appliances ever again because you get what you pay for.

The inventory is decent but the costumer service is terrible. I was told the $50 delivery included the removal of the old refrigerator. The delivery men hardly spoke English, were rude and refused to take the old fridge. They said it was full of ice and wouldnt fit through the door. Which was a lie. I called the owner, he refused to have them come back to get the fridge and he was also very rude. I am never doing business with this company again.

Theres been a few comments about items breaking after 30 days, the warranty period is 90 days labor, 1 year for parts, most people write a bad review rather then just call the store and ask if its under warranty, i have purchased many items for my rental places, and there always a big help, there on time, they back the warranty, they go the extra distance, have used them for years and will keep doing so.

I bought a washing machine from these carpetbaggers, it lasted the warranty period of 30 days and then the transmission went bad. I live by this saying, If you stand behind the mule and get kicked, you must learn you never stand behind that mule again. Stay away from them

I bought two washers and a dryer from here. The first washer lasted like 10 years. The second one I ended up giving away after 5 years but was still working great. The dryer lasted 15 years. I highly recommend this place
