We were very impressed with the staff at Swift Appliances. We had clients coming in town for the holiday weekend and their ice maker stopped working. We shopped around for a replacement that would fit and could be installed before their arrival the next day. Nancy Swift and her staff went above and beyond to help us out. Nancy met one of our employees out at the warehouse to allow us to get the ice maker directly instead of waiting for delivery. She was courteous and helped us to go the "extra mile" for our client. One of our company core values is "do the right thing" and Nancy and her staff certainly delivered on that. We will use them again for future purchases.

We got an oven and dishwasher from Swift a couple years ago. Prices were better than the big-box stores, install went great, and the sales process was a breeze. Were still glad we took their advice for the up-sell to a nice Bosch dishwasher. Its super quiet. Weve run it in the middle of a party or hosting family over and no one even notices that its running because its so quiet. They didnt realize it was running until we pointed it out, and they were standing right next to it! Thats a huge benefit for us since our kitchen is in the middle of our home and the floor plan is very open.

We shopped around at many different places for a dishwasher. Swift was willing to match all prices. We bought a floor model dishwasher from them that ended up having a leak. Swift handled everything with the warranty for repairs and would check in with us afterwards to see if the problem was resolved. GE couldnt fix the dishwasher after a few attempts, so Swift was able to get GE to replace our dishwasher with a new, upgraded dishwasher. Our next appliance purchase will definitely be from them! The customer service is wonderful!

While I give them credit for helping us with our defective refrigerator which leaked and damaged our new floors, they have ignored our request to fix our rangetop which wasnt installed properly. We have repeatedly called and visited them. They have horrible customer service. Gave up and called an appliance repair company to fix the problem and spent $$$$ which should have been taken care of free of charge by them. I would not recommend them. Shop elsewhere!

We purchased an extended warranty on a Jenn Air appliance through an outside company and we were 4 weeks into a problem and still no closer to a resolution. I contacted Nancy Swift, where we purchased the double oven, and she jumped right in. Needless to say, the problem was correctly diagnosed and repaired with the week. Thank you to the Swift family!

We bought 5 appliances for our new home from Swift Appliance. Within the first 2 years, 4 of them had problems that were no longer covered under warranty. Well never buy appliances here again. We also found the customer service we received at all stages to be subpar, but I could get beyond that if the appliances hadnt all had issues.

On March 31st, our fridge broke down and couldnt be repaired. We went to the 3 big box stores but they couldnt deliver in a timely fashion. We went to Swift Appliance and they were able to deliver the next day. They arrived on time and the delivery men were very professional, polite and knowledge. We are now a lifelong customer.

Bought a dishwasher, it was leaking, we asked them to replace within the warranty period/... they "fixed" it ... did not at all, we called them several times and they never resolved the problem. My kitchen is severely damaged. They are crooks.
