This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had as a customer. I bought a used fridge from 460 appliances from the owner Darrell. He delivered the the fridge and while trying to bring it in the house he and another employee damaged the hardwood floors with deep scratches, gouged my stairwell wall and ripped off a hand-railing as well as chipped plaster and paint off stair treads and corner trim. He was confronted by the property owner and had a very hyper-dismissive attitude but in the end agreed to pay for the damages. After all that the fridge didnt even work and he had to bring another. Of course I supervised and directed these clowns thus time and all was well....or so I thought. The replacement fridge he brought was infested with cockroaches!!! It was the most disgusting thing Ive seen in a long time. They were up under the fridge and even crawling and scurrying around INSIDE the fridge!!! I called him back and told him that the fridge was infested with cockroaches which had infested the home. He agreed to come get the fridge and give me the money back and he also said he would pay me for the damages. I had an invoice drawn up for the damages and when he picked up the fridge he would not pay for the damages. I agreed to let him pay me 3 days later but he never called. I called the following weekend and he agreed to discuss with me the arrangements for paying for the damages. He did not call on the agreed upon afternoon so the following day I tried calling him. He did not answer even though I called several times. However he did answer immediately when I called back from a different number. Upon realizing who I was, he became irate and extremely argumentative and also called me horrible names as well as threatened violence encouraging !! I am shocked at the level of crooked this establishment achieves! I STRONGLY urge all potential customers to reconsider buying anything from this business as I have. I will also be contacting the Better business Bureau to report this gentleman

I bought a dryer from 460 appliance.the worse mistake I could of ever made. Upon arrival of the dryer . they damaged my floors and my walls. The owner and his helper looked to be under the influence of something.I have heard alot of rumors that appliances wasnt the only thing that 460 appliance was dealing in. All I know is i will never ever buy anything from this place again.so if u need used appliances i would advise you to go somewhere else besides 460 appliance and if they are dealing in anything else besides appliances i would recommend that they stick to that because customer service and customer care is definitely not there cup of tea.

I had to call and stop by the shop a few times for about 5 days. Other than that it was great. I came into the shop the last day at 5pm and the actual repair tech was there and he said hed stop by that night. Came around 6, had it fixed by 7 and only charged $45 which I thought was extremely fair.

Ive dealt with these fine people for the past twenty plus years. When it comes to used appliances and service, these folks are second to none! Remember one thing! A good, quality used appliance will last almost as long as a new one but costs much much less! There guys are the best!

I went to buy a washer and they didnt have one to sell. I was a customer for 20 years. My parents were long time customers of Waynes as well. Im disappointed and still need a washer.
