Amazing selections and great prices! I was a bit concerned about coming here because i thought everything was going to be super expensive, but my cousin who is a Designer told me I had to go. She recommended that I make an appointment and that way I dont have to wait, but it woudnt have been so bad because I could have spent hours just looking around. My overall experience was great, I was honest with the salesperson and gave her my budget and she helped me reach it. There were of course some areas were I splurged liked my Master tub but saved on the Guest vanity that was on sale, but I appreciated that my salesperson helped making sure that everything matched and functioned the way I wanted. The overall customer service was great because when the sales person was meeting with other clients, their customer service team was always able to help me check on the order and make some last minute additions I wanted throughout the project. I loved that I wasnt talking to a machine but an actual human being every time. My project took a few months to finish and I am finally enjoying my new bathrooms and I need to go back to finish up my Kitchen next.

Dont believe on the estimates on delivery they give you. They promised all the items were going to be for friday, nobody called to let me know they were not there. I called monday, they said they were going to deliver on Tuesday and offered me to go to pick it up to another location which was not the one I expected. I asked them to deliver it and the only thing they were willing to offer me was reimburse of my payment. Lack of professionalism at the maximum expression.

Great people, friendly staff they really know their stuff. Theyve got everything to meet different price ranges and budgets. Honestly theres no reason not to come, they walk you through everything you may need and are honest about what you dont. You get a quote and there no real commitment or pressure to buy. I cannot stress this enough. CALL TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT!! Walk-ins are welcome but obviously they tend to appointments first.
