Horrible service!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! Jeff was completely rude. My husband and I went in to purchase a new washer and dryer. They had a wash and dryer for a good deal however the dry was gas and we need electric. So we went and found an electric dryer, then went back to get the washer. As soon as we told the sales associate we wanted just the washer, Jeff gave attitude and rudely said they can not be sold separately. I explained that they had the gas dryer and we found the electric dryer elsewhere and just needed the washer and he absolutely refused. My husband asked to speak with someone else and he would only say there was no one else and it is what it is. When my husband was leaving the store, Jeff followed him out and said to never come back to "his" store.

It was nice to have a more local location to see Sears products. We did end up buying from them, but we had a little bit of trouble with the discount that was posted. After a little time it was discovered and honored. This might have been a hiccup in the system and they were very helpful when we were looking at products, but we wished they were informed or offered the current discounts on their website. Again, this may have been a hiccup in the system and we will try them again to see if this happens once more. We will buy from them again and we do like what they offered. It was both clean and a friendly environment.

We were in the area after shopping other stores when I remembered this Sears Appliance store. The salesclerk acknowledged us as soon as we walked in and directed us to the microwaves we were looking for. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We started the order process for the model and color we wanted. She even waited for us to run to another store to get our gift cards to pay. We definitely will return and recommend this store to our family and friends.
