Voss TV is actually located in Jefferson Hills, Pa 15025 The wave magnetron recently went bad on my built-in Microwave oven. Since I had the trim kit, I went online to buy the same unit so I could just slip in and use the same surround. Big Box store werbsites all showed that they had it, but not really! It was not stocked and had to be special ordered which would take a month or longer for a drop shipment. I phoned Voss TV and Appliance in Jefferson Hills and talked to Rick with a hopeful chance that he would have one in stock. No bananas, but since he places orders with his suppliers every other day, he phoned and added it to a recent order. The unit came in 5 days later. Now, a $200.00 Microwave oven is not the same as a $7,000.00 Wolf range…. and yet Rick took the time and went out of his way to expidite matters for me. He even delivered it to my house ! This is the difference between a locally owned family business and the Big Box stores. Its called customer service! Voss deals with their customers on a one to one basis and I appreciate that fact. Their prices are equal to the Big Box stores, the staff is very helpful and the service is superb. I recommend them highly. You dont get hung out to dry on the Big Box stores phone menu.

My wife and I just purchased a new home. We wanted to get new appliances as the current ones were out dated. We looked at all the big chains, but didnt feel like we were getting the entire package. We came across Voss and the overall experience was beyond my expectations. We bought everything from Matt who explained everything to us and made us feel valued. We had a couple small hiccups, and Matt was very easy to contact and work with. I know if I would have went with one of the large companies the results wouldnt have been the same. Matt and everyone at Voss has been amazing. I will definitely do business with them again, and i would recommed them to anyone for appliances or anything else they sell.

We just built a beautiful new home and bought all of our appliances from Voss. It was great working with a family owned business and you can see the heart and soul they put in to everything they do. Rick was so knowledgeable on every product and steered us in the right direction for our needs. When it came to installation time, the crew that came to install was top knotch. The pieces I picked out were oversized and heavy and they took every step necessary to protect everything in my home to prevent any damage. The appliances are all working perfectly and we are so happy with our purchase.

My elderly parents had to buy a washer in a rush. Rick told the time to show them what they wanted and patiently explained everything to them. He went out of his way to accommodate their disabilities which was massive brownie points in my book. His prices were very reasonable and his delivery is amazing. Not only do they deliver the merchandise, they bring all new hoses, install it, show you how to use it, and remove your old one. If you are helping seniors make a purchase this is the place to take them!
