Ive been a T-mobile customer for 9 years, and this is the first bad store experience I have had. I love my phone, but feel that the employees were being intentionally dishonest about the terms of the agreement. I will go to a different location next time I need assistance with my device.

The people in this store are not very knowledgeable. Be prepared to spend the day there for very small problems. The staff could also use a class in customer service.
