Purchased an X20 starter kit on Sunday to help me quit smoking. The battery will not go off and it drains out. Brought it back on Thursday and the girl says there is nothing they can do about it. I spent over 70$ on that and the juice. Im extremely disappointed, I dont think its fair if I got a defective product and theres nothing they can do about it after only four days of use. :(

This is a wonderful local shop. Danielle, who has been there whenever I stop in, is a gem! She is knowledgeable of the products and helpful when I need advice . Always a pleasant experience.
