This was the absolute WORST smoke shop experience Ive ever had in my 12 years visiting them. I bought a larger piece from these women that they claimed would fit my nail that I drew the diameter of and brought in. The owner swore up and down that it would fit and that it was "high quality glass". I brought the brand new piece home and the moment I tried to gently put my nail into the piece it cracked. The owner had been ranting over and over about how they dont use cheap products or try to make a large profit margin off of customers because they want to build relationships so I figured they would make this right since I hadnt used the product once. Turns out her rant was a bunch of GARBAGE just like every other owner Ive encountered that is trying to run a high profit low quality shop just like this one. She refused to do anything, telling me that she couldnt and her hands were tied but to come back later with my nail to see if it fit, as I was insisting this was her fault due to her recommending the wrong size (which is the truth). I brought in the nail and it didnt fit well but she claimed it fit and sent me out the door saying "Ive been doing this 9 years, the crack in the glass isnt deep and wont effect the piece". Well MORE LIES because I went home and the moment I tried to put the nail in again the whole piece shattered a big chunk off and now its worthless and I wasted $100 of my hard earned money for nothing. Thanks for the terrible customer service and unwillingness to help Lightz Up!!! What a horrible experience! Dont anyone EVER go here. -John

The Greenman

Great shop. Marie & Val are awesome people. Heres where these guys are obtaining a greater share of the market; they open at 10am (Mon-Sat) and open at 11 on Sunday. The other shops around dont open until 11:30 (Wonderland) and 12 noon for Elite (Mon-Sat). Then shops like Elite arent open at all on Sundays which equals a big fail. Shop is easy to find across from 7-11 on Mantoloking Road in Brick.

The owner is unbelievable in every way. Ive been going to her for awhile and never had bad customer service. She actually cares for her customers while other smoke shops do it for the money. Even wheb Ive had a issue with piece, she tells me to bring it back. Gave me a free replacement. No where else I would go.
