Im appalled at this place. I was in there a few weekends ago and there was two small children in there. I believe that they were an employees children. The staff were smoking cigarettes inside and around the kids. They were cursing and talking about the childrens father right in front of the kids. They were more focused on their personal conversation then helping customers. I watched who I think was their mother drinking this thing they sell called a catnip cocktail. Then when I was leaving I watched the person from the business next door conduct a drug transaction in the parking lot. In past visits the parking lot was littered with empty cat nip cocktail bottles. This place is a headshop not a daycare. Im disappointed that a place that used to have such a good reputation has declined.

Used to enjoy going there, fairly reasonable prices and discounts for practically walking in the door. The past three times I have gone in though at least one to two employees have been smoking cigarettes inside of the store itself. The first time she was in the narrow path near the back door. But the last time they were full blown in the middle, behind the counter, just smoking away. I understand I am going into a smoke shop and everything, but I quit smoking cigarettes for a reason. And to think of all of those glasses pieces being coated with second hand smoke. Will not do any further business with them.

I love this shop! Staff and owners ROCK!!! Anything and everything smoke!! You name it they have it or will track it down for you. Beautiful and fun glass. Artists handblow the most exquisite and unusual glass. A conversation peice at any gathering. Hookas of all sizes. Largest selection in Ocean County! Huge incent and candle section. Dream catchers, jewelry, wall hangings, precious and semi precious stones, hemp products, ART, tapestries, curtains, games, essential oils, fashion items, gifts, herbs, tobacco, vapes.... Many items handmade one of a kind! Great Prices!!!!!

The best shop of its kind that I have ever been to. Everyone who works there is super friendly. They have such a large selection of items to purchase, including lots of locally made clothing, art, and jewelery. Theres always something new to see every time I go there. They always are super generous with the amount of free raffles they hold, and their customer appreciation days. The prices beat the other stores, and the atmosphere at open minded is much more relaxed and inviting. Ive been to some really great events thrown by them as well.

Open Minded is one of the most friendly shops to visit in Toms River, Nj. The staff always welcomes you with warm and loving faces every time you walk through the door. They are more than willing to assist you with all of your important questions no matter who or what you are shopping for. The extensive knowledge the staff has on the many different products they offer is hands down the best part of visiting the shop. Open Minded is the kind of place you never forget and worth your time. I love it!

Loved my experience. Bought a dr dabber boost which unfortunately didnt charge at first so I brought it back the next day and they were very helpful and swapped it out for another one and now everything is wonderful. Ended up going back for a bowl and bought the incredibowl which is the best piece I ever bought. Cant wait to go back. Love the staff (thanks for all your help Silvia) and they got the best of everything.

hours were posted as open- neon sign said "open" but at 6pm on a weeknight, doors were locked for almost 45 minutes. waited until someone arrived- only to be spoken through the door. At this point , approximately 6 customers had lined up at the door and service was poor and rushed. Very disturbed that I went out of my way to wait, and be rushed with poor service

This place is the best!! The staff are all friendly, pleasant, and just generally good people all around who I am always happy to see when I visit. They offer a very wide range of products and have never let me down whether I was in need of a cheap replacement part, an accessory, or making my latest big-ticket purchase! Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

This store is so much fun!!! Although there is much to look at, it is nicely organized and very clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful and will even make a deal if you are purchasing many items! They are also big on customer appreciation so you never know what treats they may have for you just because!!
