Came here last New Years Eve to purchase a hookah set with tobacco and charcoals. I was greeted by a gentleman who helped us pick out what we needed. There were two other men there who also helped with the sales pitch - offering their opinion on flavors and such. The total came out to be $101.65. I was taken aback by the price, but I had no idea what these items would cost prior to coming here so I did not question it. Shame on me. I passed by the other day and saw an advertisement for the exact same hookah set with charcoals and tobacco going for $19.99. These guys swindled me for 5x the price - taking advantage of my ignorance. Completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, I didnt receive a receipt for purchase and only have a bank statement of the charge. Well, life lesson learned. I am writing this to warn those stopping by this business to be cautious and not fall for the same deception I have. I will not be bringing my business back to this store.

Hey, I never write reviews for stores but I went to this store for buying a hooka kit. I went to this store to buy something and no one was there. After 10 minutes this older man comes in and I ask him some questions but he then ignores me for a police officer buying a single cigar. I also smoke cigars. This shop is going to miss out on my business. I buy cigars from the cigar shop near the path and now after today Im going to buy hooka supplies in New York. I hate to say this but I went to the store to buy from them not even to look around. I was ready to buy and now Im disappointed.

Bought a BONG from here 4 days ago, used it 2 times. Went to rinse it and it cracked right in the bubbler area. They claimed it was SUPER STRONG GLASS and this and that and it breaks for no reason. Went to the store today to see what could be done. I spent a total of $280.00 for the bong and a few other accessories for it. The OWNER tells me there is nothing that could be done and that all he could do is give me a few bucks off another one. LESSON: Their UNBRANDED glass bongs are TERRIBLE and WEAK. Dont make the same mistake. Go to another shop or buy something BRANDED.

Small but well stocked. They definitely are centered in on the vape/hookah scene. The Cigar selection was very good and eclectic. The humidor (i am not part of the hookah/vape scene) is a bit smallish but again well stocked once you get through the sticky door. The humidifier seems to be going strong at all times and I will say they did have AF Opus Xs in stock although they seemed a bit pricey on each stick.

I dont understand why there are so many 5 star ratings when this place is way over priced for thier water apparatuses and vapor ascessories sure their cigar cellar is good and insignificant smoking ascessories like papers, cigar wraps, and cigarettes are resonance price but thier customer service is horrible and they monopolies everything because they are one of the only smoke shops in Hoboken

This cozy shop has just about everything you could want in this arena. Their selection is top notch, but I must add that service is excellent. The sale staff are super friendly know their stuff and let you touch/ feel every item you are considering there was zero pressure. To anyone who wants great quality products and exceptional service I highly recommend this location.

The best Smoke shop I have ever visited in Hoboken!!! Great selection of e liquids, hookahs, cigars, water pipes, grinders etc... The best prices for glass and vape in market. Trust me nobody else could match the price . Very reasonable . I come over here all the way from New York to get my stuff. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff at your service...

No one beats HSS when it comes to customer service. Of course, theyve got all the merchandise youd want, but if you need advice, or help with a product, they go way out of their way to make sure youre happy with the experience. You rarely see customer service like this at a bank, let alone a smoke shop.

Seriously over priced. Shot for your vape accessories online. Dont do refund or credit on anything! Even when you spend a ton of money in there. And if you have no choice ask the less larger/younger of the guys for help. A lot nicer and knows what you need.

I came here with my boyfriend to buy a hookah set recently. They charged us $100 and did not give us a receipt. We just saw them advertising same set for $20. They overcharged us. Not coming back here again. Cant trust their prices.

Friendly service, good for e juice and smoking accessories such as lighters, slides for water pipes, ash catchers, etc., but the glass itself is mostly overpriced for brand name, and cheap quality for the no name stuff
