Went in there 8/20 to buy some bedding and toys for my two guinea pigs. The store is nice and big, clean and the staff are cheerful and helpful. They have a small pet section and they small furry critters seem to be well taken care of. They are easily the cheapest on bedding (about $11 for the biggest bag of pine shavings) and have really cute toys and treats from NatGeo. We used to go to the small pet shop in the same plaza, but I was very dismayed at how they keep their chinchillas in tiny cages at the back of the store and it always smelled like urine. I am pretty happy with this PetSmart, so we dont have to drive all the way to EHT.

I took my puppy for her first cut in 2015 and the woman BUTCHERED my sweet pups hair. The only good thing was the store manager agreed and didnt make me pay for it. Excuses such as " its hard to cut puppy hair" was used. It was an excuse because she clearly rushed because they were busy. They lost my business which could have been 4 to 5 times a year for the life of my dog. My advice to them, dont overbook because the rush jobs you are doing will kill your stores reputation.

Love Pet Smart they take really good care of their pets weve gotten guinea pigs, fish, frogs. Weve adopted two cats from their adoption center through Beacon Animal Shelter. Everything is a good price and the people there are amazing!!!

Great customer service. Needed to see the size of a cat carrier once assembled. Thought they would have a display model, but the guy assembled it right there, snipping off the plastic ties before I purchased. Friendly cashier as well.

Theyre a little small but still have a good selection of pet products from what Ive seen. However, if youre if youre looking for a lizard or snake, youll want to go else where since they rarely have them in stock.

Large selection of food, clothing and service s for your pet! Prices are a bit high on some products but they do offer sales every so often. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to help you to!

I took my puppy in to get fitted for a harness and the cashier was very helpful and showed my mom and I around the store in the iles that we needed to go to for all the puppys needs.
