This store has a horrible, selfish manager . the employees have refused to sell me animals on MULTIPLE occasions because another employee wanted them for themself. A man came in and was looking for a home for his 7 fish in a bucket but couldnt find an employee so he came up to me and asked me if i wanted his fish, i said yes then found an employee and asked them if i could just have a few bags to transport them home in so she said yes she would get someone to do it for me. A man then came up who i later found out was the manager and took my new fish and dumped them into one of their tanks and tried to tell me that i had to make a donation for the bigger fish but i could keep the smaller ones. I had explained to him that the man gave them to me but he heard nothing of it. I called the police and nothing could be done because he told them a completely different story...I would NOT reccommend going to this store they completely scammed me out of my fish and admitted no wrongs leaving my 3 year old upset and crying because the man (sherman the manager) took her fish. Also, I later found out that the manager has a pond with the same kind of fish he took from me so im assuming he wanted them for himself.

when someone pays for a dog training class people cant cut through it to look at the cats for adoption unless theyre adopting a cat and have set it up with the rescue but otherwise when someone PAYS for a dog training class it wont be interrupted just for people who want to browse cats and cat beds. i think thats understandable since i wouldnt want to waste good money just so people can look at things they dont plan on buying. these workers are awesome! shout out to BROOKE SEAN DANA and HAYDEN!

Dana, is amazing. Petco needs to keep her. She is just so sweet and remembers details about me, like that Im involved in rescue! I think that gives it a small town feel, which I like!!
