We took our dog here yesterday. Wont be back. The bath was the only correct thing they did. They did not properly brush her out so her normal shedding is now trippled. They left a huge mat behind her ear. They cut one of her CLEAR nails almost to the quick and today she is in a lot of pain. Finally we wanted the backs of her legs trimmed short (lets just say her long white hair is easily tinted yellow....) and the groomer had no idea what we were talking about...but we still had to pay for it! She is a border collie mix and gets groomed monthly. She is so well behaved every time that we always get very high praises on how good she is. We have never had "professionals" do such a bad job, especially for the amount we spent!

This place is super cute and has a really great selection of items for all types of pets, ranging from the practical to the fanciful. The prices are just right and the staff is both knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping customers find exactly what it is they need. As a plus they have an in-store guinea pig whos totally adorable, and a kitty too. Definitely worth stopping in!

I would give 0 if I could. Worst grooming ever. Stay away. Our instructions to keep him long were completely ignored. Cut is ragged and uneven. One ear short and one ear long! Mostly overpriced and they even expect a tip! Avoid this shop like the plague!!!! We are a repeat customer of about 3 years, but this place is degenerating rapidly. We will not be back.

CONSUMER BEWARE: Horrible experience. Groomer buzzed our longhair dog without proper notice. Took the easy way out instead of attempting to remove minor tangles in the hair by combing on clipping. Would not suggest using this shop, esp if you have a dog with long hair that requires time and effort to groom.

Just took my kitty for a long overdue grooming and Pet Snobs did a fantastic job! I was nervous about trying somewhere new but they were very compassionate, flexible, and efficient. Best groomer Ive been to. Will definitely return!
