Pirch is all about experiencing and "playing," even if the products are WAY out of your budget (some showers run up to $19k.) The staff is always around and willing to answer any questions without PUSHING you to buy something. From the moment you enter you are greeted by the baristas who will offer you complimentary (read: free) cappuccino, or any other drinks that they make. The showroom is dazzling and I highly recommend being a friend or someone with you to geek out over all the appliances and toilets and showers and counters and decorative items. As we were told - you can actually try out the showers during off hours - before the store opens or after it closes - and for this you need to make a reservation. This too is a free service, we were told. I look forward to visiting this store often and there are some items I definitely do plan on purchasing, when my budget permits.
