Maybe best for birthday invitations and church fliers, but not a professional shop. I sent packaged files with low res pdfs as reference. Standard practice, but even so, I told the lady they were low res pdfs for only reference. She printed the pdfs. WTF. When I picked them up, she told me with a air of utter confidence that printers only print the pdfs. She refused to give me a discount and refused to reprint. I pointed out, with significance, the bad customer service. At this point she accepted to reprint, but only from print-ready pdfs. A print shop that cant handle design files and prints low res pdfs against instruction is either incompetent or lazy. And the lady that runs this shop in unprofessional and looking for a fight. If you are a designer or just know what you are doing, keep away from this joke shop.

We have always been very happy with all the printing work provided to our law firm from AlphaGraphics. We use them for everything such as business cards, brochures, etc. Youll be impressed with the quality and great customer service.

Great service and even better work product. I have used this location several times for both work and personal projects and they have done a completely adequate job. There is also an einstein Bagel nearby, so thats nice.
