Until they do something about their manager, Eric, I dont think Ill be coming back here. I called to see if the painting class I signed up for was still taking place (wouldnt be the first the time they just canceled a class one me). Unfortunately, they had me talk to Eric, AND HE WAS SO RUDE. First, he tells me the class is canceled. Then, when I asked for a refund he starts giving me an attitude and backtracks telling me the class isnt actually canceled. After which, he promptly hung up on me. I dont even know if the class is still happening, but I guess well see. I used to work in retail, and no way would my managers have ever treated a customer so rudely. I certainly would have been fired if I had acted like he did. Not that they care, but Ill certainly never spend money here again!

The store itself is great for what they carry in selection and what they offer in coupons. The service is not that great as no matter how many times I have gone no one really ever knows how to direct you even to the minimum of the right section. I believe that if more training in knowing the areas of the store were memorized more it could assist in more people locating what they are looking for. I always go on a scavenger hunt and when I have the time no problem but when I do not it is quite bothersome.

Its okay. They have good deals and awesome coupons but sometimes its not worth visiting to stand in the obnoxious lines. I feel like there is always staff there but they arent working... Trying to find items can be difficult if its very specific because the staff doesnt seem to know where anything is. Despite all of the downsides of the staff, they are nice.

THE WORST customer service experience in my entire life. The custom framing experience at the Maple Grove store was EXTREMELY disappointing. The staff was incompetent and force me to pay for their mistakes on top of it. I will NEVER recommend or go back to shop to this store ever again.

The store is great... but every time i come there is a line 10 people deep. Workers everywhere, but only one cashier. Where are the managers in this place!!!
