Bad customer service. After a long line of people waited to get "in and out" during lunch, the lady waited to call back up over 15 min later... We were all waiting on one customer. As soon as a new lady showed up to help out, that lady let someone from the back of the line to the front. Painful experience. You can get better service across the street at CVS.
