This is literally the worst location. I have a peanut allergy and this is the only location that cops an attitude. The employees are never friendly. This location used to be great. I dont know what happened. Also, I went to get a cake for mothers day and was outside for 15 minutes waiting for the store to open. At 1201 they put up a saying they wouldnt open until 1. No one talked to me and I was literally right outside. Terrible customer service.

The young man with red hair that works at westminster location is very rude does not have any personality which lead him to saying i was annoying to my face. VERY INAPPROPRIATE!! This just proves gingers have no souls!! Thank you for your time. sincerely, An angry customer

The absolute worst chocolate shake Ive ever had in my life. Employee was vaping in the store. Definitely not what I expected for a $5.50 shake I got a scoop of ice cream and whole milk Blended for about 3 seconds. It was horrible. I wont be back nor do I recommend anybody else go there for a chocolate shake.

Gave my order to a girl working there and she proceeded to help a customer that walked in near the register. In doing this she ENTIRELY forgot about my order and as such I got nothing. This high level of incompetence makes me wonder how anyone like that even got a job in customer service to begin with,

I just stopped in to get a ice cream cake so I cant comment on the ice cream. There was only one employee working but it wasnt busy and she was friendly. Nothing bad to say would stop in here again.

They got mold on there stones and you people still eat there have fun getting sick thats why I left because I dont serve people moldy ice cream or ice cream that has hair in it.
