I am a big fan of customer service and going that extra mile. I am also a big fan of Cold Stone. This store happens to be near my home and I have been there twice and I am not impressed with the customer service. She gave me a drop of chocolate syrup and I asked for a bit more, and she said "We will have to charge you $0.75". I was shocked by that, especially since my Ice Cream cost $7, but at any other Cold Stone it is $5. The chocolate syrup came with my creation... so I was surpirsed she was being that stingy... which was a definite turn off for me, Oh well... this was my second time here and both times I have been disappointed.

Great service from the staff, especially the nice Asian lady who either co-owns or manages the store. She is always kind, polite, the store is always in top shape, and last, but certainly not least--it is Cold Stone ice cream!!!!! My family and I have been coming here for almost 2 years now, and as long as she is there, and the store serves Cold Stone ice cream, we will happily continue to frequent this establishment for both the professionalism and courtesy of the staff and the ice cream. Military discount is offered with a smile, also refreshing.

Came to this Cold Stone again 3 times this week! I cant resist it and I had to drive 15 mins to come to this one. The lady behind the counter is always friendly and always ask I needed anything else after I finish my orders. I got here today around 4pm, had some people in line, but the place was clean and the service was quick. I tried their new Retro root beer float today, YUMMY!!!!! I will come back here again soon for the other new items! :)

Love Cold Stone ice cream but this Asian Chick has got to go!!! Shes very nasty and had the nerve to tell me "you no welcome in me store no more" I told her "Im welcomed anywhere I wish to spend my money and it should be worth my money and not way below the line of the cup!!" Further more learn proper English if u wish to do business in America.

Great ice cream with great service, the lady who served me was great, offered to sample the new ice cream and guide me to what new products they had....and my birthday cake remix came out perfect! Would definitely come back to this cold stone again! Great crew members and the place was really clean!

Service is hit or miss. The ice cream is chain quality fine. Generally, service is okay but there was a day that I didnt get a cup full of drink when I paid with my military discount. It was very obvious but the Asian lady behind the counter who made my drink just abandon it.

Whats not to like! Seemingly every other ice cream place is soft serve. I want the real stuff! And that is where cold Stone comes into play. Staff was friendly and areas were clean. My ice cream was mixed extremely well compared to other Cold Stone places as well.

It was a 2pm on a weekday, and we waited for a loooong time to order! The gentlemen behind me walked out. The ice cream was not mixed well, and i asked for no graham crackers, but banana instead, she put nuts instead. No excuses it was not even rush hour.

Ive never left here loving the ice cream. Its okay, but for the price, you want to have your socks knocked off. The kids who work here are consistently pleasant and polite. Be sure to tip them.
