I no longer live in Waldorf but have family who does. So yesterday when i came to visit, I stopped in to get a few things. The two ladies there didnt rush me, they paid attention to see if I needed help. I wish I wouldve gotten their names so I could let their boss and corporate know. They had such beautiful spirits and warm smiles. I have never had issues in the past with this store and it is so much better than the one in Lanham. They may not always have everything I need but they offer suggestions on other Sallys that may have it. For the young lady that felt followed, perhaps someone wasnt good at knowing how to read people in order to help.

They are so nice. I enjoy the store because they all know what they are talking about. Very friendly and devoted to making sure you get what you need. I noticed a review that said they follow minorities around and Im here to say that never happened to me. If anything they gave me my space and allowed me to shop. Which ended up also into me getting a membership card with Sallys. Thank you gals keep up the work!!!!

Its okay. Its really small. Most of the ladies are nice. The store doesnt have a good variety of hair products. Its better for me to just order online or go to another store. I dont avoid the store, its just that going to the store usually leaves me disappointed.

Terrible they never have what you need. Also they enjoy following minorities around the store consistently. Dont go wouldnt recommend it. Dont come here to pay these peoples salaries if theyre going to disrespect you and and follow you all over their store.
