Went in today to transfer from Verizon. Music was playing loud enough that it was difficult to hear the agent but we managed. The agent was not helpful in explaining plans but the plans were simple enough that we managed. We had to leave however when we were told that payment was cash or debit card only. Credit cards are not an accepted form of payment so be prepared.

I just bought the new cricket phone and It is great service i did not know AT&T bought Cricket and it is even better service. Also, the employees were knowledgeable with both plan and the phones. My girl friend has at & t phone which she activated with cricket with simple steps. After all, my experience with cricket in Frederick was great!!

I really like cricket better the sales representatives are amazing. I transfer my number from Tmobile today and Im so happy to have cricket now because I can save money. I received discount on my phone also I get free activation fee. I have excellent experience today. The is friendly and they active my phone fast.
