I purchased a phone because they said I would be able to get my email and they would be able to transfere phone numbers... THEY WERE NOT AFTER TWO hours in the store... I took the phone home... only to learn they had changed my phone number... I AM VERY UPSET WITH THIS STORE....MULTIPLE CALLS WHERE THEY HANG UP ON ME TO GET THE PHONE WORKING..., ONLY HOPE THE PHONE SERVICE IS BETTER THEN THE STORE SERVICE.

This store is a shell of what it used to be. The manager is not helpful if he doesnt know something. He wont even try to help. One male employee is rude and shouts at people. If he worked for me, he would have been fired.
