Going to there store I was followed and harassed and was constantly ask if I can help you by staff who thought me and my friend were stealing I have money and bought stuff from there before but I was uncomfortable. And when I talked to a manager she didnt care. So I will not shop there again and if your black dont go.(horrible attitudes and Im not the first person who was racially profiled)

Bought a treadmill for a grand. Bought the extended warranty. Treadmill stops working. Call the 800 number and they send me the parts to install myself? Call 800 number back and on hold forever. Cant get a live person to answer. Terrible.
