Tried to get a spare key cut even after being told on the phone that it would be possible. Come in store to be told they refuse to cut it because people complain about the transponders working. Yet I was trying to get a valet key cut, those dont involve the use of a transponder at all. Take your money and elsewhere. You will get better service from a Home Depot. Life long customer of ace no more.
