I recently purchased an Echo curved string trimmer from their store in Madisonville(Tchefuncte Hardware) and tried to exchange for a straight shaft and pay the difference that was only used twice. I was told by their manager and also attempted to talk with the owner and was told that since it was used they would not allow the exchange. My suggestion to all, it does not pay to honor this small owner occupied store rather than the big box because of their NO RETURN policy. Their website states about being customer friendly but it does not look like that is the case. Customer Beware.

What at great store. My youngest son, our doggie and I ran away for a super quick camping trip, at Fountainbleu. After searching all over, I discovered my husband used my stakes to secure the outside decoration during the holiday. I went looking for tent stakes and left with quite a few add ons. Bug spray, lighter, flag for the campsite, another chair. Great group!

When you need it they have got it and in the quantity you need. Try and buy one bolt, washer and nut at a big box store. The people on the floor are knowledgeable and friendly. I do as much hardware shopping here as I can.

I get a quote on some glass window panes for $15 and the next day he charged me double and when I realize hes charging me double he wouldnt refund my money back after an employee admit that he quoted me for $15
