Horrible I build homes and reoair homes in Atlanta Ga. Im here in Jackson...Ms remodeling a few homes...i was going to ourchase some kitchen cabinetry off the shelf. Home depot has a computer program That once the wall space demension are pluged into the program..you then can plug in cabinets offthe shelf OR custom made.. I was purchasing off tbe shelf cabinets Timothy the manager of tbe store would not allow his employee to access the program...unless they measured the walls themselves which would mean a home depot emplyoee subcontractor going to my home to measuring (we are talking a day to three days lag time.. im on a schedule..i build for aliving..im far from a typical home owner i spend in acess of 10k amonth at home depot.. yet i was treated like an idiot told no i cant do this and we cant do that. Here i am trying to spend 5k and there putti g a road block between me the computer program that plugs in the demensions on the wall and gives you a print out of what they will look like... Usually i would expect better service and exceptions for general contractors that spend thousands daily pushing the bottom line upward for home depot.. Timothy. Didnt want my 5k... Or my future business... A lowes home improvement is 5 miles closer...i guess i will be saving time money and frustration...

My experience here has been the worst ever!!!! I walked in the store on 2/17 to buy 2 refrigerators, 2 Stoves, and 2 Microwaves for to condos Im renavating! First, it was 35 min that me and my mom stood in the appliance department before anyone could help us!!! After finally getting some assistance, we were told that one of the ovens I picked out wasnt in stock. Im cool with that. I picked a more expensive one. No problem. I asked my sales person if it would cost me extra to have the delivery guys take the appliances upstairs. My delivery date was Monday the 27th. (Over a week after purchase) Ok. I can deal with that too. Monday came and two guys pull up in a truck and said they needed back up and would be back later in the evening or first thing in the morning. Guess what, they never came back, called, emailed, texted, or anything. Here it is Tues and 5:30pm and still nothing. Ive called the store 4 times. First time was placed on hold for 33min then the phone just hung up. Second time placed on hold for 23 min then someon picked up with false delivery time. Third time placed on hold for 11 min. Fourth time placed one hold 30 min. I spent over $6,000 that day. I want all my money back and i will go somewhere else. They dont appreciate there customers!!

Miserable young lady in the paint section! She didnt want to explain the difference in the types of paint or cost. She gave me what she wanted me to have in the brand I asked about. Heck due to her bad attitude I just took it and moved on to placed a review! Placed my paint cans on the counter and said "Thanks maam".

This is one of the best Home Depots that I have ever been to. They are VERY helpful, kind, and keep the store clean. I have been here dozens of times to pick up both small things and larger purchases. I will continue to choose this home improvement store over others in the area. Check it out!

This Home Depot seems to be really geared toward the contractor, so its easy to find lots of high-quality tools and supplies, versus the consumer-oriented items typically found at Lowes down the street.

Home Depot is a good store for buying construction supplies. The employees are helpful. The reason for 4 stars is that they dont always have items in stock.
