I brought my zero turn in for repairs and they have had my mower for going on 2 months. I found out that they were callinf the wrong number for 3 weeks. No apologies as a matter of fact i waz basically called a lie and made it my fault. I called and talked to the store manager and he did nothing to make me feel better ir give me confidence that this was going to get rectified. He said oh well what ya want me to do? This place is rude especially if you loom a certain way. When I ever get my equipment back I WILL NEVER shop there again. Every time ive gone there I have experienced unprofessional attitudes. From Kevin on down needs to be fired and replaced. I hate that Motongator closed. Looking for another hardware store. I hope Wal-Mart close them down!!!

Take it or leave it attitudes. Not the friendly hardware store. Every employee has their own polices. Employees will tell you anything. High prices, low service. Employee tail wagging the dog.Tired management. Even worse than Home Depot.

Was left on hold 10 minutes and then hung up on. Called back and employees were very rude and never even offered an apology for being left on hold or hung up on.
