This is the worst book store I have ever been to. Do NOT trust what it says on there websites of what you will be receiving, its a complete SCAM. The customer service is complete trash, and wants to do nothing about there mistake. No refunds EVER, no matter if its completely there fault.

Called them to see if they could check if they had a textbook in stock. They refused to look it up as it is store policy not to. Complete BS. Never going there or supporting their business. Very rude. Textbook solutions is close by. Go there! Friendly staff compared to here.
