I liked the place a lot at first, but the last 4 times i have gone in, there have been titles missing from my box. The first time I let it go, and the people working assured me it had been fixed; fine, mistakes happen. No problem. The second time, the same thing happened because they claimed the title I had asked for was not on my pull list (These were the same people working the front as the first time I had been in as well, one of whom never even stood up from his chair). I said fine, asked them to add the titles, they said they had, and I left. When i went in the following time, there was a different person working the front, and I explained my concern to him, he apologized and gave me a print out of my updated pull list so that I could know this wouldnt happen again. When I went in today (with the same people working that I dealt with the first two times), 3 issues were missing and they had added in an extra title I did not ask for. When I asked them why the issues were missing, the man helping us told me that "oh, well sometimes we dont get enough copies of a title or they get lost or misplaced somewhere". Isnt the whole point of having a pull box so that the store knows how many copies of a title to order to satisfy their demand???? Now I am missing 3 issues in a row from a single title because somebody there doesnt understand how to order or sort comics. The associates attitude was rude and dismissive, and despite the fact that they were MY titles and comics, he wouldnt even look at me and instead tried to talk to my fiancé about it. I would not recommend this store, there are other places close by with much better customer service and reliability.

This has to be the best comic shop in the area by far. The staff is friendly and attentive and the selection is top notch. Plus they host weekly DnD, so whats not to love? I highly recommend this shop.

Great staff!!!! You feel like family when you walk through the door!! Great selection of comics and they have a huge selection of collectibles!! Make sure you stop by when youre in downtown Sanford!
