Is it just me or do people (customers) really like to have to interrupt people (employees) who are gabbing to each other about their lunch plans when you have a crying toddler, youre in a hurry and have a question. In my case, this happened twice in one visit. First time, I wasnt sure where a specific book was shelved so I went to the counter in the center of the store and waited. I waited and heard about one employees car troubles. I interrupted them and 1 casually pointed to the area and section I needed. The second time, the sections I searched did not have the book - (and I checked the whole section because OFTEN books here are erroneously shelved) but the 2 other employees I approached were discussing lunch options. When I spoke to the cashier up front, I was told "well people have to eat lunch." Another thing. If you buy their membership, dont expect the discounts to be honored and expect that you will automatically have it renewed - regardless of how often youve expressed regret about the membership. Terrible customer service.

Drop by for a coffee with WiFi and check out your favorite books, browse their wide variety stock on everything from Italian Leather personal journals to classic board games like Clue, Monopoly, their entire wall of magazines to Samsung S2 Nook at great prices! Its a very pleasant, peaceful atmosphere that I enjoy often getting a coffee, a book and relaxing while doing some computer tasks. My experience has been that of exceptional kindness, great cheesecake and Starbucks coffee conducive to a very relaxing, enjoyable time at this local Barnes & Noble book store. I sincerely recommend this Barnes & Noble bookstore and give it a well-earned 5-Star rating.

Barnes and Noble has become a miserable place to get coffee lately. I dont know what standards they are using to hire cafe workers, but many of them have dispicable attitudes, and act as though they are above patrons. Seriously? You make drinks, and you have the audacity to be arrogant towards me? Bollocks! I brought this to the attention of Micheal the worthless manager, but I may as well have told the garbage can about my negative experiences-wait-the garbage can may be more qualified to manage the store than Micheal. Anyway, there are other places to get coffee in S.A., so I wont be going to B&N for those purchases.

Ive been to Barnes &Nobles all over the country. This one needs some TLC. It feels a little worn out here. There are plenty of customers as the place is always packed for the free Wi-Fi and decent coffee. Im not sure why they dont have the funds for the upkeep?? As always Barnes & Noble is a great place to hang out and read without being disturbed.

Asked for a specific magazIne; i had in fact purchased previously from this location. The clerk at the computer changed her entire attitude. I do not expect Judgemental attitude from staff when requesting assistance. Or judgement on any subject matter I choose to research. Ps This B&N no longer carry the mag.

I usually come here to use my Wi-Fi and today a lady came up to me and told me that I need to move the chair back were it was and I did not move it there in the 1 place I am a usmc vet too I feel uncomfortable coming now !!! Customer service is the one that had some one come talk to me

If I am ever in need of a book, this is where I come. They have tons of books and if they do not have a special one you are looking for, they will order it for you. I go for the magazines. Lots to choose from and browse through. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Lots of well lit parking.

Bright, clean store, friendly and helpful employees. The kids area has upto date books and great deals. Its set up well for putting the kids in your lap and reading book after book from the shelves. Great for visiting on a rainy or hot day.

This is a magnificent store! I find myself here almost every day. It would be nice if they would stop playing only country music because many people (not all, but many) find it very hard to listen to and do not enjoy it.

Please get rid of the country music. Its a niche genre and its a bit loud. Not a good type of music for a book store. Id think jazz or ambient music would be better. This is an otherwise great store.
