Usually the customer service is pretty good. However, just visited the store and one of the customer service reps has major control issues and gave me quite the attitude. I was quite taken aback, and very offended that this person did not have the training or common sense of how to treat customers. I have been visiting this store for the past seven years, and with a two and four year old, have purchased many books, toys, games, puzzles, and food. Looks like I will be going to the Books-A-Million in the mall, and I will not be giving a red cent of my business anymore to this store. Great job in training your employees in customer service!

1. The staff is ALWAYS super friendly. :) 2. There are lots of seats to choose from. 3. Barnes & Noble Cafe offers tons of really good treats ranging from sandwiches, pastries and pizzas to teas, sodas and smoothies. My personal favorite is the Tomato Caprese Sandwich. 4. This is my favorite place to eat because the atmosphere is calm and never really noisy like most places. 5. This is the perfect place to study because of the silent atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this café because I have been here many times over the years and each time it is an awesome experience. I love all that is Barnes & Noble Café.

This is about all you get in Daytona for book lovers like me. Its a real nice place, but wide open spaces with no bookshelves. Cant find any decent modern programming books. Just old stuff that the other locations cannot move. Great little coffee joint in the corner. Friendly employees, but the book selection is a disrespectful slap in the face of Daytona residents. Drive over to Naples and the Barnes and Noble is like a flagship location. In comparison this Daytona location is a garage sale. Sorry but I know my bookstores, Ive spent tens of thousands on books over the years educating myself.

I really enjoy the staff at this location. Everyone is helpful! The selection for home and novelty items is smaller than a lot of places I have been in, they make up for it with one of the best cafes, toy and collectible section, and staff. I really enjoy stopping In here. Its almost like cheers where people remember your name.

Really disappointed into that store. As how big its and one single book I am looking for and could not find it. Plus who ever was helping me, I showed her a sample of the book that I am looking for onlune. But she start looking into a whole different size book. She did not even offer other options to me to choose from.

Excellent selection of books, toys including ones that are hard to find, lots of collectibles for popular movies and television shows based on a book and a large childrens section. They also have a coffee shop featuring Starbucks Coffee and some delicious bakery items.

Love B&N. Great selection of books and other items. Starbucks and areas to read throughout the business. Typically has enough cashiers to handle the flow of customers. I can get lost for hours in this place.
