They are now hiring people that will fraudulently use your payment information to sign you up for magazines (who buys magazines anymore?). You will get a mysterious charge on your account and will need to follow up with their third-party magazine merchant so that they may issue a payment reversal. Ive been going through this headache with this third-party source for approximately 3 weeks now. I just got off the phone with yet ANOTHER rude customer service representative (Ive spoken to 3 others along with a supervisor thus far) so that they can refund the ENTIRE amount that they charged me. If they do not honor me the refund that theyve already told me theyd issue (the same one I am still waiting for) I am going to report it as fraud with my bank. Barnes & Noble will be receiving my business from now on because they do not practice deceptive selling tactics when I purchase merchandise from their store. If this issue of fraud becomes an even larger issue Ill be contacting their corporate office.

Pros: Place is clean and nice looking. Coffee shop has some good stuff. Cons: Service is almost non-existent though and they barely have any new books unless it is one of those huge hype books like Divergent and Twilight. Dont bother ordering a book with them if they dont have it. It takes them almost 2 - 3 weeks to get it. You have a better time just buying it online or going to Barnes and noble down the block to see if they have it instead.

Horrible service. When a customer calls to see if a book in stock because the website does not specify- DO NOT give the customer an attitude! Who ever answered the phone at 3:46 is the reason I will never go back and will tell all of my friends not to go there.

This is a great place to go & check out all the childrens books and magazines and adulthood items along with puzzles, stickers, & even a great gift idea. There are loads of ideas there for you to check out & browse through.

Staff are nice, and they have a excellent magazine selection. But they lack comfortable seating of any kind, so Ive never even bothered looking at their books. I prefer to preview a book comfortably before I buy.
