When I walked in the store they were busy. But, Mike acknowledged everyone waiting in line and was knowledgeable about all services and was able to help everyone in a timely manner. You have to give it to someone who can keep their cool when everyone has a question and all their business is important. This is where I will go from now on for all shipping and copying needs! A smiling face and a good attitude are most appreciated!
