When the pharmacy tech looks at you like you are speaking a foreign language when you ask for the allergy drug "Alavert" its typical - but when the pharmacist never heard of an over the counter allergy drug that has been on the market for at least 10 years??? Well thats just incompetence. THe pharmacist told me she never heard of "Alavert" and they dont carry it. Seriously? And she is a licensed pharmacist?? Has she been living under a rock for the past 10 years? I would never ever buy another item from CVS based on this experience -

Never felt so judged by a pharmacist. She made me feel like I was an addict and was doing something wrong by filling one of my regular prescriptions. This has happened on more than one occasion; I have reported this to corporate and nothing has changed. Go elsewhere for your prescriptions -- its not like theres a shortage of pharmacies in Jax.

This location is terrible. Went there late night for nausea medicine and snacks. The employee on duty just looked at me without a greeting and watched over me as if I was going to steal. Never felt so disrespected in my life.
