Ive been using this store for 13 years and usually get good service but today when I picked up my perception at the drive thru I was very disappointed. Im in the customer service industry and really appreciate courteous and perfessional service. However I waited for a few minutes and no response from anyone so I buzzed for assistance and after another few minutes I buzzed again so after about 5 minutes finally someone came over with no acknowledgement of my waiting.I would have gone in but was not feeling well and didnt really want to have to when all I needed was to pick up my medicine. After that I gave her my credit card and she said that she put it on the easy pay. I wasnt told the price or if Id like to use that method of payment and was charged on a card I didnt want charged on and then had to wait even longer for a void and then put on the card I gave her. Just wanted to put this out there because when your feeling bad and you try to be courteous to others even though your not feeling well you hope to get the same back.

Good Afternoon, I would like to thank Brian and Gerry in the photo department for their great service and help this morning. I would highly recommend my friends and everybody to use their photo service.....Im originally from england (but live here in Florida) and needed an english passport photo (smaller than USA standard photo) and they came to my aid and done this for me without hesitation and a phone call within 40mins to say they had done it for me ....even the usps said they couldnt do it and as the CVS ....not ever use them ...they was no help what so ever !!! Big thank you Brian and Gerry for everything today.. youve made an english lady very happy :-)

I went to this Walgreens back in November to have pictures printed out. I asked the employee to put a note in saying I will pick up in January since I was going away for a while. I called back in January to see if they still had my photos they said yes I told them please dont cancel because I would be back at the end of February. Went to go pick them up about a week ago and the manger tells me your order was canceled and there is nothing I can do. I was so upset because those are pictures I will never get back of my sons 1st year. Thank you Walgreens for making it your chose to cancel someone order or not even calling them

I went here a couple of times over the past few days. Its a bit like Boots from back home only it has a fine selection of booze and tabs, so everyones happy. Plus its fairly decent prices so youre quids in. Overall not too shabby and the folk what work there were nice and friendly too. Ill deffo head back if ever I need to buy something they sell.

I go to this Walgreens pretty frequently because its close but their stock is horrible. Twice already Ive bought something from them that was expired (without knowing) and then I have to go back and return it. Like cmon thats disgusting! -___- And they usually almost never have enough cashiers during their busy times.

Omg! I love this Walgreens! If there was an award for best Walmart, this Walgreens would win it. The pharmacy always has my meds and the employees are like personal butlers. I like being catered to and this Walgreens will do that for you!

I wish I could give zero stars. This Walgreens is so unfriendly; its the management. When the manager is busy the employees are awesome, very happy.

Very good attention, I am a frequent user and had no problems
