I called in to try and find out basic information about the cost of my prescriptions. It was my second call to verify a mistake that was made and to check to see if generic was an option. The women on the phone was so rude and disrespectful. I will be transferring my prescriptions. When someone calls in regarding medical related issues they should be treated with some respect. I was very polite.

Airport and Davis in Naples, Fl. Horrible pharmacy service! They have a drive through that is ignored! God forbid your too sick to walk in. Close the drive through its useless. Going to switch my scripts from here.

This pharmacy is ridiculously pathetic. THEY dont pick up your calls at all. And if you ask them they will simply say we are busy. I think Wallgreens got to fix this issue big time.
