Every time I go, Im greeted even if theyre busy, theyre always eager to help and they give great advice and are knowledgable! Im not sure what the managers name is, I think shes the manager; she has blonde hair and has a laid back personality... She always helps me with my hair since I always have some project... And she remembers who I am, and has helped me turn my brown hair gray. :) love this place! Also, I love getting free things with my purchases once you buy so much! :)

All I can say is Wow, there actually is a Sally’s in Bonita where you are greeted with genuine smile, and given customer service. Amanda has always there to help me make the correct decisions with my hair color, and the only professional that has given me new advice in regard to hair, and matching my roots. I can’t thank her enough, and I dont know what Im going to do without her knowledge, and kindness in the Bonita store when she leaves.

If u r looking for black hair care please don t go this one bc it only have a 4 ft section. U would have to go to gulf coast or Immokalee rd . Very inconvenient for African American customers.
