The employees of the store they have no idea what customer service means. First of all you enter the store and nobody acknowledges you. If youre having trouble finding something there is nobody around to ask. When youre at the register they just scan the products and charge you. They dont tell you about special offers or deals or anything. Their attitude is just like they dont give a damn. I have been to the store several times and its always the same attitude from the employees . I do not recommend this store at all.

I agree with all of the bad reviews. Will never go back!The female store employee aka ghetto queen) was very rude! No help whatsoever and when I asked for her help, she was too busy on the phone. Gonna cancel my membership that I have had with them for 10+ years. Dishonesty is the word that m need

Wow!! Just called this store to see if they carried dip powder (nails) or dip-kits...didnt even know what I was talking about? Seriously??? I had to explain what it was!! Very rude too...telling me to go to a nail salon! Different store for me!!
