The store staff that stay working there are very helpful and caring. They take the time to remember their customers and to greet people as if their an old friend they havent seen in a while. Those that tend to change frequently were only trainees and usually get carted off to other stores after they get trained to help customers properly. As for the Pharmacy the Pharmacists change frequently, and they usually het changed right after all the "bad egg" pharmacy staff get weeded out and meaningful change has started to take place. This is not the fault of this store but of CVS as a company. The individuals who work here are caring and friendly, albeit a little jaded and disillusioned at times but thats probably because of how CVS regional and corporate management treat them and this location like their the bastard child; and because of all those people out there who go to get a prescription filled and then yell, scream, and harass the pharmacy employees just because they are expecting customers to actually pay for their prescriptions. Its not the pharmacy staffs fault that prescription drugs are expensive, if you dont like your copays get a different insurance dont take it out on the pharmacy staff.

This is the worst CVS Ive ever been to, and Ive been going to it for eight months, because I moved nearby. The pharmacy is incredibly slow, and theyve lost my prescriptions as soon as theyve received the orders, several times. Even when the pharmacy doesnt lose the prescription they take forever and send me (and others) back and forth between the Drop-Off and Pick-Up windows, such that we have to wait in line up to three times. The rest of the store is disorganized and dirty, and almost no one who works there is helpful.

I have now had multiple bad experiences with this pharmacy. I thought I would give them a few more chances but I find that the bad service just repeats every time. Rude customer service and they give me the wrong prescriptions. AVOID and take your business elsewhere.

Staff helpful and friendly but the building looks deserted. 3ft high weeds in the parking lot beds...a big improvement over the trash that littered the lot all winter and spring...actually, unmentionable garbage.... Disgusting and the manager doesnt seem to care.
