Stop going to this location after Managers Mr. Hoffmeister and Mr. Louchetti(?) left. Since then I patronize the Mayfield and Superior Road location in Cleveland Heights, very pleased with that location. It is more inviting as well. Its too bad this location (and Lee Harvard) are set up where shoppers only have one way to enter and exit. Some people waiting to check out, are hesitant to make a path for people who dont need to go through the check out and want to leave. No such issue at Mayfield /Superior. Area is nicer as well. with Cleveland Heights police always visible.

I have seen the customer service improve drastically. The workers are very friendly,from the moment you walk in. I went there on a Saturday evening shortly before closing as I needed a last minute item. They greeted me as soon as I entered. There was a woman stocking shelves, who didnt ignore me as I walked past her, but turned around and asked if I needed help finding anything. I am very impressed with the respect and courtesy that the workers have shown. Keep up the good work!

I seriously hate this walgreens. This is the one closest to my house and if I have time I would rather travel to turney for anything I need. The young females are rude. They dont speak when you walk through the door , they just stare. The pharmacy had to be thee slowest moving pharmacy Ive ever been to in my life. Not to mention everyone in the store is ghetto fabulous. Smh I wish I could rate this store with NO STARS

I like this Walgreen never had no problems always say welcome when I come in and will make adjustments if they doesnt have whats on sale! Some people can never be satisfied no matter how courteous you are!
