Horrible pharmacy service!! Dropped prescription off and was told I would be called when it was ready for pick never received a call so I went in about an hour and a half after dropping it off and the pharmacy was closed but the pharmacist was still there asked him to give me back my hard copy prescriptions so I can fill it somewhere else he proceeded to tell me he cant do that cause the system was down and was very rude. Not to mention there was literally 2 other people there in the same exact situation as myself at the same time. He only gave me my Percocet hard copy back and told me to go to Apopka to fill my prescription when I got down there he never entered my information and they had no profile for me. Im extremely irritated and cannot believe a pharmacist thinks its okay to not give people the medication they need I will never be going back here again and I suggest you stay away as well. And just so you know it was an Asian man I cant remember his name.....

The customer service in the pharmacy is really terrible. Weve had several issues with them being rude, not helpful, and definitely not quick. The front of the store people have been fine but the pharmacy staff needs some customer service training, in my personal and professional (as a customer service supervisor) opinion. Example: had to fill my sons pain prescription post surgery and "they didnt carry it" so I should go try another CVS. When I asked if they could find out who did carry it so that I didnt drive around from store to store, they told me they didnt do that and that it really wasnt they far fur me to drive to the next one. ??? Sorry, went to Walgreens across the street without incident.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever delt with. They tell me to come at a particular time to pick up a prescription and its not ready, come back in an hour they say. They say they will contact my doctor to get a prescriiption renewed. I come back a couple of days later, and they havent done it yet. I am in the process of finding a real pharmacy to change to.

The shift manager on duty 8/21/16 is NOT very friendly at all. Doesnt make people feel important just made me feel as if Im bothering him. He acted like doing a return was going to kill him. I really like the 24 hour store in Apopka way better but its really far.

This cvs has the most rude pharmacy employees I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have always been a loyal cvs Customer. No more. I will now be going to Walgreens. Thank you cvs employees for treating me so kindly.

Craziest Pharmacy Hours, in the morning they open late and evenings close early. Often dont have medication in stock and NEVER have Adderal or Vyvanse. Spoke to pharmacist and store manager many times and nobody cared.
