as soon as i called i spoke with someone who answered in short, one-word answers and when i requested details she put me on hold then picked the phone back up without talking. I asked her for her name and she put me back on hold, again without talking. I was and always try to be very polite on the phone. The next person to pickup the phone was a male pharmacist (whos name I forgot to ask for). I explained the rude behavior of the previous person and he stated that he was "sure that she must not have understood my request..." though i was asking a very simple question. I am not normally one to complain but I thought it was really sad that even the pharmacist was short with me when all i was asking for was information that any given customer might typically be expected to request. He was quick to get off the phone with me. For a locally owned health-store I am VERY disappointed and will be sure to tell many people about my negative experience. I also plan to tell ownership asap. If youre looking for special health needs (homeopathy, etc.) I would recommend the Mustard Seed Market & Cafe in Fairlawn as Ive only always had VERY pleasant service in dealing with their staff. I DO NOT WORK FOR OR WITH THE MUSTARD SEED IN ANY WAY. If you simply need a local pharmacy, avoid Ritzmans at all costs! Goto Walgreens if you have to!

The woman I spoke with today was absolutely terrible,first she told me she couldnt give me a price over the phone, then she said I could only get my prescription filled during my Dr office hours ,and went on and on about how it was no easy task to fill my prescription, lucky I had just called at least 3 different pharmacy before this location including another ritzmans and knew all the things she told me to be false. Needless to say I went there all was fine and I would never even buy a Hallmark card hear.

This pharmacy is terrible. Theyre always giving me problems with my prescription ever since I switched doctors. DO NOT GO HERE. Theyre not friendly at all and will leave you high and dry!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE TO FILL YOUR PERSCIPTIONS!!!! I pick up my script here EVERY Sunday and you would think theyd know to have it ready for me, I even give them time too get it ready and its STILL NEVER DONE. Dont do business here!!
