First of all the hours posted here and on the door of the store are not the same as the hours on the phone. How confusing. I dropped a prescription off on Saturday and they said they wouldnt be able to help until Monday. That first thing someone would call me . I called them at 230 IN THE AFTERNOON and they hadnt started it. No one else called. Tuesday morning I had to call back and was informed they couldnt make it. I wasted FOUR whole days and I had to do all the leg work including clarifying it with the dr office. NoW I have to go all the way back to prescription When asked why they didnt call to inform me they stated they were "busy". I guess if youre getting anything regular filled you can try but it if you are relying on a compounded medication where your levels need to be checked ... This place isnt worth your stress..now I have to make another appointment with my dr and change all my lab work .. Fusterating

Where to begin? I work in the building and each time I walk in they make me feel like a criminal. I am profiled because of my race/skin color and they dont even try to hide it. At first I thought it was my big purses, however, Ive also gone there with just my wallet or card in hand. Every single time an employee stands and watches me from the time I walk in until the time I leave. They stare and watch my every move carefully. It makes me feel extremely uncomfortable especially since everything in there is dirt cheap. I can surely afford the $.50 candy and chips, and its sad that they feel I would steal from them considering we work in the same building! Not only am I a "thief", but apparently stupid too! Id rather drive 10 miles to the nearest convenience store, than subject myself to this place ever again. I suggest the same to you too!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! We came to disney on vacation and one of the kids became sick. Had our doctor call in a script to Turner Drugs (Disney recommended) and they delivered the RX to our hotel on Disney property. Not only that, we tried to go to the park anyway and called them and they rerouted the driver to bring it to the park! Then when our 9 year old got too sick to stay at the park, they rerouted it again and sent it to the hotel. Just cant say enough about their professionalism and desire to serve the customer (much like Disney). And the price we great. Thanks for saving the day!

My daughters inhaler jammed and we needed a new one. Turner Pharmacy was able to refill a current prescription and deliver it to the resort that evening. Super easy, super fast and super friendly. I could rest at night knowing that we were prepared for an asthma attack. Plus they mailed me the paperwork that I needed for a claim when I left it behind. Thanks, Turner Pharmacy. Wish there were more businesses out there like you!

I left all of my Rxs at home while in Orlando. Turner Drugs saved the day. They were patient and coordinated all my medications with my pharmacy at home and DELIVERED them to the resort where I was staying and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. Thanks Turner Drugs!

Incredible! I needed a perscription while staying at the Dolphin Hotel on Vacation. Turner Drugs delivered my prescription to my hotel with only a $5 dollar delivery fee and in under 2 hours. They saved my trip! Thank you!
